Training with our U19 elite cycle team – Team CEC – IMPROV – GIANT. On psychological safety, high performing mindset, feedback culture and making each other look good!
It’s always such a motivation to meet these young boys, who clock +100k on their bikes 5-6 times a week! They are so dedicated and together they work like a team, to maximise their potential in the peloton.
Excited to follow their results when the race season starts.
